What goes wrong with claims

The three failures we see most often: damage cleaned up before it was recorded, so there is nothing to substantiate; a scope written in language that does not map to how an adjuster estimates, so line items get denied; and hidden damage discovered mid-rebuild with no supplement filed, so it comes out of the owner's pocket.

All three are avoidable, and all three are decided in the first few days.

How we work a claim

We photograph and measure before anything is disturbed, log moisture readings where water is involved, and record the mechanism of damage — how the water or wind got in — because coverage often turns on that single point.

We write the scope in line-item form so it can be compared directly against the adjuster's estimate, meet the adjuster on site where that helps, and file supplements with evidence when concealed damage appears once walls are open.

You stay the decision-maker throughout. We are your contractor, not your insurer's.

Common questions

Questions we get asked

Do you handle the claim for me?

We handle the documentation, scope and construction side, and we work directly with your adjuster. We are not public adjusters and do not negotiate your settlement for you — that distinction matters legally in Arizona.

What if the adjuster's estimate is lower than your scope?

That is common and usually resolvable. We supply the evidence behind each line item; most gaps close once the documentation is in front of them.

What should I do before filing?

Photograph everything, stop further damage if you safely can, and do not throw damaged material away. Then call us — ideally before the adjuster's visit, not after.
