Remodels and additions throughout the city and Kino Springs, plus tenant improvements for storefronts and office suites.
Historic-district-sensitive remodels, adobe and masonry repair, guest casitas, and gallery or studio build-outs where finish work has to match what is already there.
Kitchen and bath remodels, aging-in-place modifications, patio and hardscape work, and HOA-compliant exterior renovation.
Where most of our permitted work to date has been — fire and storm damage reconstruction, structural repair, and remodels, run through City of Tucson and Pima County plan review.
Additions, garages and shops, concrete and site work on the rural and large-lot properties along the I-19 and I-10 corridors.
A remodel in Rio Rico and the same remodel in Tucson are not the same job on paper. Santa Cruz County, the City of Nogales, Pima County Development Services and the City of Tucson each run their own plan review and inspection process, with different submittal requirements and different timelines.
Most of our permitted work to date has run through City of Tucson and Pima County plan review, including full structural rebuilds after fire damage. That is the harder end of the permitting spectrum, and it is the experience we bring to work closer to home.
A lot of the work down here is on septic, well water and unpaved access, on lots graded decades ago that have been moving water the wrong direction ever since. Additions on those properties involve drainage, setbacks and sometimes a septic capacity question before anyone frames a wall. We would rather find that in the walkthrough than in the middle of the job.
Our license is statewide. If the project is worth the drive, ask — we will tell you honestly whether we are the right contractor for it or whether you are better off with someone local to you.
Free walkthrough and a written estimate, wherever along the corridor you are.
