Insurance Restoration
Reconstruction after fire, smoke, or water damage — scoped to survive an adjuster's review and built back to code.
The situation
A fire or a burst line does not wait for a contractor's calendar, and the clock on your claim starts immediately. What follows is a scope negotiation with an adjuster, a permit set, and structural work that has to pass inspection — usually while you are living somewhere else and paying for it.
This is work we have permitted and completed repeatedly, including full structural rebuilds — on one Tucson fire loss, replacing burnt roof overhangs with new outriggers per an engineered framing plan, not a cosmetic patch.
How it runs
We walk the property and document what is actually compromised — not just what is visible. Structure, framing, sheathing, mechanical, and the parts of the loss that get missed on a fast walkthrough.
A written scope tied to the damage documentation, sequenced so remediation happens before reconstruction rather than around it. This is the document your adjuster works from.
Permitted structural rebuild — framing, roof structure, sheathing, and the finish work behind it. We pull permits under our own license and carry the inspections.
Inspections signed off, odor and air quality addressed, punch list closed, and documentation you can hand back to your carrier.
Included
Supporting trades are self-performed where we can, which keeps the schedule ours to control.
